Project Background

The Keppel Viaduct, which carries part of Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), is about 2.2km long starting from Pier P1 joining South Quay Viaduct in the east to Pier P68 connecting to the rest of AYE in the west. Under the scope of this design-and-built contract, the existing dual 3-lane viaduct will be widened and upgraded to accommodate dual 4-lane traffic. The associated four numbers of entry and exit ramps will also be widened and/or upgraded.
